At K-INC, our commitment to social corporate responsibility is at the heart of our mission. We actively strive to make a positive impact on our community through various initiatives. In 2023, we are excited to launch our “Small Hands, Big Hearts” campaign, where we will collect clothing and essential items for donation to a rural clinic’s maternity ward in Aminius. By providing vital resources, we aim to enhance the well-being of mothers and newborns, ensuring they receive the care and comfort they deserve. In 2022, we supported the Centre of Gender-based Violence in Windhoek by donating essential food items, recognizing their critical role in supporting survivors of gender-based violence.
In 2021, our “Periods Right” campaign addressed menstrual hygiene challenges among vulnerable girls in a local school, ensuring their uninterrupted education with the provision of sanitary pads. Moreover, we have a history of giving back, such as donating rugby jerseys to a deserving school in Rehoboth in 2019, fostering unity and personal growth. As a small firm, we understand our responsibility to the community, and we believe that our actions can inspire others to join us in creating a more compassionate and equitable society and striving to be a catalyst for positive change in the lives of those in need. We have established a corporate social responsibility leg, for which we won the JP Karauihe Human Rights Excellence Award in 2020.
